Academic Commitment – You are committed to doing all it takes to succeed academically.
Career Commitment – You are committed to career preparation, soft skills development, and a lifetime of networking with alumni, parents and undergraduates from the chapter.
Chapter Culture Commitment – You are committed to helping Gamma-Rho maintain an environment of individual and chapter excellence, and holding others accountable, who are not demonstrating this excellence.
Competitive Commitment – You are committed to excellence at the individual and chapter level.
Engagement/Involvement Commitment – You are committed to being involved in campus and chapter leadership positions, as well as attending at least one Kappa Sigma Leadership Conference.
Entrepreneurship & Innovation Commitment – You are committed to an entrepreneurship & innovative philosophy no matter whether you are starting a business or applying this to any other job and/or project you are working on.
Financial Commitment – You are committed to paying your membership fees in a timely manner.
Health & Wellness Commitment – You are committed to your health & wellness.
Leadership Commitment – You are committed to the development of your leadership skills.
Learning & Listening Commitment – You are committed to a lifetime of learning and developing your listening skills.
Lifetime Commitment – You are committed to a lifetime affinity to Gamma-Rho, Kappa Sigma, and the University of Arizona and will demonstrate this through your attendance at events, giving, and volunteerism.
No Abuse of Alcohol, No Illegal Drug Use, No Hazing Commitment – You are committed to not abusing alcohol, not using illegal drugs, not allowing yourself to be hazed, and not hazing others.
Philanthropy & Service Commitment – You are committed to contributing time and treasurer each year to support those of need/charities our chapter supports.
Recruitment Commitment – You are committed to helping us grow the chapter each year by recommending a new member each year and/or in helping us recruit one member or more each year.
Respect for Individual Differences Commitment – You are committed to respecting individual differences, to diversity & inclusion, and respecting women.
Risk Management Commitment – You are committed to creating a safe environment for our members and guests.
Ritual Commitment – You are committed to learning Kappa Sigma history and ritual, and achieving ritual proficiency levels.
