The panel consists of four impressive Gamma-Rho alumni, who will describe what it took to transition from college to career, share how they achieved success, and provide keen career planning insight.

About our Panelists:

Jeff Ross '90

Jeff Ross has over 25 years of corporate recruiting and agency headhunting experience. He founded NetGain in 2005 with a focus on partnering with hospitals to source key hands on technical and IT leadership talent. He graduated from University of Arizona in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Human Resources. He's been in the Los Angeles area since 2000, and when he is not enjoying spending time with his wife and kids, he says he is probably trying to stay in shape, learning how to fix something that’s broken at home or planning a vacation. Sometimes all three at the same time.

Aaron Young '96

Aaron Young graduated from the University of Arizona College of Science in 1999 with a degree in Biochemistry. As an undergraduate Aaron served the Gamma-Rho chapter as Pledge Educator. He was also involved in many other campus activities, serving as an Arizona Ambassador, Family Weekend chairman, Resident Assistant, ASUA Student Senator, and Varsity Cheerleader. After graduation Aaron began his career in medical sales and marketing which has now spanned two decades. He is currently a Strategic Account Manager for Stryker. Aaron and his wife Tina live in Ft Worth, Texas with their two daughters, Scarlett and Emma. Family life is busy but in his spare time Aaron enjoys cycling, hiking and traveling.

Chris Gladney '98

Chris Gladney is Vice President and Senior Commercial Banker with Bankers Trust Company, a $6B privately held financial services company founded in 1917. In his role, Chris provides commercial lending and investment solutions for middle-market businesses with revenues from $10 million to $500 million in the Phoenix market. In addition, Chris manages functional teams that provide on-going portfolio management to their existing clients. Chris has 20+ years of experience in finance and banking, with the last 15 years in commercial lending.

A 1998 initiate of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at the University of Arizona, Chris served as Grand Master of Ceremonies of the Gamma-Rho chapter, Vice President of the Interfraternity Council, was a member of Chain Gang Honorary, and was on the Homecoming Court in 2001. Chris has served his community in a number of philanthropic endeavors, and he currently serves as a board member for Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation PCH50. He lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife, Megan, and daughter, Gemma.

David Gosselin '01

David Gosselin studied accounting at The University of Arizona. Mr. Gosselin was the treasurer and the president of Kappa Sigma during his undergrad. He is still involved in Kappa Sig and sits on the Housing Corporation Board. Gosselin believes that Kappa Sigma shaped his future and help him in his personal development. He said that “There was no one lesson, no one moment, or one year during college that changed my view or perspective, but a multitude of various challenges that created discomfort, and in that discomfort came personal growth”. His personal development increased in public speaking and networking. Gosselin is a certified public accountant. He started working for DBBMcKennon 11 years ago as an Audit Manager. He was an audit manager for 2 years before becoming a partner. DDBMcKennon is a full-service CPA firm that specializes in PCAOB audits for public companies. Mr. Gosselin is also a partner for BizCFO, Inc. It is an account and finance firm. He is an instructor for CapCPA Education Foundation and helps other accountants continue their education.

He is devoted to being an involved board member for charitable organizations. He sits on the board for Breast Cancer Angles, Wescom Credit Union, and Elite OC. He has participated in various speaking engagements related to Jobs Act and Equity Crowdfunding. He won 2017 40 under 40 award from CPA Practice Advisor.
